The deadline for submitting proposed amendments to the USATF Competition Rules is fast approaching. USATF members are encouraged to submit any ideas for changes, additions, or deletions by August 15, 2026. The USATF Rules Committee, chaired by John Blackburn, will review all suggested changes and present the committee’s recommendations for approval at the USATF Annual Meeting. A report or scorecard detailing the status of all amendments—whether accepted, rejected, tabled, or withdrawn—will be published by the committee. Proposals from USATF Officials should be routed through the designated contact at usatfindianaboyd@gmail.com.
